First off, have to just say it; Wow, she's beautiful as well as cute. I mean, really. Nice job.
Now that that's out of the system, you do a great job of blending the human and animal traits. I love the expression and pose, helping to get a combination of shy and sexy across quite well, and the background helps her stand out (it's also cool how she looks like she's stepping out from the background). I really like the tail as well.
You clearly have a lot of skill drawing furries and anthros. Overall, an awesome job with the artwork.
